Jyoti’s husband Alok Maurya alleged that he was cheated by a man named Manish Dubey who works as Home Guard Commandant in Ghaziabad. He told that His wife had told him about their affair in 2020. According to him Jyoti and Manish first met on Facebook But when he asked Jyoti about the affair, she denied and asked for proof. For proof, Alok reached Lucknow while chasing Jyoti. Alok has alleged that they both stayed in a hotel together for the night. Which was booked by Manish. Next day morning he saw them together outside the hotel. Jyoti then confesses her love for Manish. He then told them that Jyoti had threatened him and his family that she would implicate him in a rape-dowry case. They Viral the chat about the relationship between Manish and Jyoti about social media. He told that he sought help from Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and lodged an FIR at the police station on April 23, but even after that no action was taken against him. Alok alleges that Manish and Jyoti together want to kill him.In response, Jyoti maintained her innocence and told him that she would address the court. She filed a dowry harassment case against her husband and his family. The Director General Home Guard ordered an inquiry into the matter. Rumors are rife that Jyoti has been suspended from her post.
